Terms & Conditions
This page sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) under which we supply the products (“Products”) listed on our website at https://artistic-co.my/ or on any third-party platform (the “Site”). The Products available on the Site may be supplied either directly by ARTISTIC BEAUTY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. or by one of our affiliated companies.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order for the Products through the Site, you hereby accept and grant us your consent that your order, purchase, and delivery of the Products, and any personal information you provide in connection with the order, purchase and delivery shall be governed by the latest version of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The types of personal data we collect and process depend on how you use our services. We use your personal data to personalise your online and in-store experience, fulfil your purchases and provide services, respond to your enquiries, inform you about products and services that may interest you, and carry out necessary administrative functions. 1. Information about us
The Site is operated by ARTISTIC BEAUTY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. and/or our affiliates (“we” / “us”).
2. Formation of contract
2.1 To order a Product listed on the Site, follow the on-screen instructions after selecting the item you wish to purchase. Before finalising your order and submitting payment, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors in your details.
2.2 Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it, along with an order number and summary. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to purchase a Product from us. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed by an email notifying you that the Product has been dispatched (the “Order Confirmation”). A binding contract between us is formed only when we send the Order Confirmation for the relevant Product. If you order multiple Products that are shipped separately or at different times (including items supplied by third parties), a separate contract is formed for each Product upon issuance of its Order Confirmation.
2.3 Each contract applies only to the Products specifically confirmed as dispatched in the relevant Order Confirmation. We are not required to supply any other Products included in your order unless and until we confirm their dispatch in a separate Order Confirmation.
2.4 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order and to limit order quantities. We may decline to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or any third party if we do so. 2.5 We may be unable to process your order if the Product is out of stock, discontinued, or if there is an issue authorizing your payment method.
3. Delivery
3.1 We will deliver the Products to you using the delivery method you selected at the time you placed your order. A delivery fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Please ensure you review and accept the delivery charge before confirming your order.
3.2 In some cases, Products supplied by us as part of the same order may be shipped in separate packages. Delivery will be made to the address provided in your order. Please refer below for information on delivery locations and available delivery options. We are not responsible for any additional handling, carrying, or placement of the Products once delivered.

- Malaysia (East Malaysia)
- Orders of RM150 and above – Free delivery
- Orders below RM150 – RM10 shipping fee
- International Shipping (Outside Malaysia)
- Orders of RM2,000 and above – Free delivery
- Orders below RM2,000 – RM50 shipping fee
4. Risk and Ownership
4.1 Once delivered, the Products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to Products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
4.2 Ownership of Products will pass to you on delivery of the Products; or us receiving full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, whichever is the later.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 Prices shown on the Site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of SST, but do not include any applicable shipping or delivery fees. Delivery fees will be charged where applicable and will be included in the order total upon checkout. Prices or shipping are subject to change effective immediately upon posting of such price changes to the Site or other form of notification.
5.2 The price of Products will be as stipulated at all times on our Site, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the Site are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the items that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, your order may be cancelled and the amount paid by you will be refunded in full via the original payment method you used.
5.3 You may pay for your purchases through the Site using a credit card, online banking and e-wallet, subject to the payment options available from time to time. All credit card payments are subject to verification and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer does not authorise payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver and we will be unable to conclude any Contract with you.
6. Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation – We reserve the right to cancel your order if the Product is unavailable for any reason. If this occurs, we will inform you and refund any amounts you have paid. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the processing time required by your financial institution.
6.2 You cannot cancel an order once an Order Confirmation is issued. If you wish to seek further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us.
6.3 Returns, Refunds & Warranty
You must inspect the Products immediately upon delivery for any defects, damage, or discrepancies. Any claim must be submitted to us within five (5) business days of receiving the Product, failing which we reserve the right to reject the claim at our discretion. Upon receipt of your completed return request form (submitted online or via email), we will respond within five (5) business days with instructions on the return procedure. If you do not receive a response within this timeframe, please contact us at info@artistic-co.my or +60-19-888-1296.
For beauty devices:
· If a manufacturing defect is identified within five (5) business days of delivery, we will replace the Product with a new unit.
· If a defect arises within one (1) year from the date of purchase, we will inspect the Product to determine the cause. Where the defect is due to manufacturing faults, we will provide repair services free of charge or replace the Product at our discretion (subject to stock availability).
· Defects caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the instruction manual are not covered under warranty. Repair services for such cases may be provided on a chargeable basis.
· Quality assurance coverage applies only to manufacturing defects occurring within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
For cosmetic products:
· Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only permitted if the Product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, is expired or damaged inside sealed packaging upon delivery, or if the Product delivered differs from what was ordered.
6.4 Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
Unless stated otherwise, exchange or refund may be arranged only in the following circumstances: · The Product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition; · The Product is expired or damaged within its original packaging upon delivery; or · The Product delivered does not match the item ordered.
All returned Products will be inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved, you may choose either an exchange (subject to stock availability); or a refund to your original payment method within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days from the approved return date.
6.5 Return Conditions Products returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of ordering. Products to be returned must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all gift items (if any) together with proof of purchase (original receipt or delivery note). Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item(s) would be deducted from the refund. Items purchased as a set must also be returned as a set.
6.6 Any returns or refunds requested due to change of mind will not be entertained.

7. Liability
7.1 Our liability whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the Products or any other breach of our obligations hereunder shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the Products. We are not responsible for, and cannot guarantee the performance of, goods and services provided by third parties.
7.2 Subject to any rights the customer may have under any consumer protection law and to the fullest extent permitted by law, ARTISTIC BEAUTY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or successors or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors or vendors shall not be liable to the customer or any other person for any consequential, indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever nor shall ARTISTIC BEAUTY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or successors or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors or vendors be liable for any damage or loss caused by the customer’s servants, agents, buyers or other persons whatsoever.
7.3 The customer shall ensure that the Products are not used for any purpose for which they are not suitable and shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the Products. The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that ARTISTIC BEAUTY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the Products and we shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. The Products shall be accepted by the customer entirely at the customer’s risk.
8. Waiver
Any failure by us to enforce these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of these Terms & Conditions, and such failure shall not affect our right later to enforce these Terms & Conditions. We would still be entitled to our rights and seek remedies in any other situation where you breach these Tems & Conditions.
9. Severability
If at any time any clause or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be or shall become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, it shall be severed or modified to the extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant clause or provision shall be deemed deleted. The legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected or impaired by any such modification or severance, and shall continue in force as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable clause or provision was severed from these Terms & Conditions.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between ARTISTIC BEAUTY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. and you, and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and undertakings between you and us, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.
11. Fraud Prevention
11.1 As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service team may call you at the phone number you provided or contact you via your e-mail address to confirm your order.
11.2 We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
11.3 We reserve the right to conduct transaction verification processes, decline or cancel your order, reduce the quantity of your order and/or terminate your account without prior notice if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

12.1 Any communication or formal legal notices should be sent to us at our contact details or address set out in this Site.
12.2 You and we agree that the laws of Malaysia apply to these Terms & Conditions and that any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will only be dealt with by the courts of Malaysia.
12.3 These Terms & Conditions describe the relationship between you and us, they do not create legal rights for other persons, even if they may benefit from such relationship.
12.4 We reserve the right to amend, vary and/or supplement these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to check these Terms & Conditions from time to time for changes/updates.
